* 👕 Wash **inside out** to help protect the printed design.

* 🌡️ Machine wash at **30°C** with similar colours.

* 🚫 **Do not tumble dry.**

* 🌬️ Air dry where possible.

* ♨️ If drying on a radiator, **place the T-shirt inside out** to help protect the print from direct heat.

* 🚫 Do not bleach.

* 🧼 Do not dry clean.

* 🧲 If ironing is required, **iron inside out on a low heat** and **never iron directly over the printed design.**

### Personalised Items

As personalised products are custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with your order.

Please ensure that all names, ages, sizes, colours, and personalisation details are entered correctly when placing your order. If we have any questions, we will contact you before printing.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the details you provided, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

If the fault is ours, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

* Unworn and unused.

* In their original condition.

* Returned with any original packaging where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your personalised item has entered production or has been printed, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.

Personalised Items

All personalised products are printed to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be designed, printed, and prepared for dispatch.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for delivery after your item has been dispatched.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays within the postal service that are outside of our control.

In-Store Collection

If you have selected Free In-Store Collection from our shop in Fore Street, Liskeard, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Collections can be made during our normal opening hours.

As we are a small family-run business, there may occasionally be unexpected closures due to family commitments or unforeseen circumstances. To avoid a wasted journey, we kindly ask that you contact the store before travelling to let us know when you plan to collect your order. This helps ensure someone is available to welcome you and have your order ready.
